Job Description:

1. Ensure stores inventory management through use of appropriate tools to control receipt, storage, issue and transfer of all materials of Delhi International Airports (P) Ltd at IGI Airport, Delhi as per store process, material codification, inventory analysis, consumption pattern under various engineering groups and there sub-groups, MIS, Rate contract management support to procurement, interaction with Finance for proper stock accounting and carrying out audit and stock taking activities. 
2. Store Management thru use of proper ERP tool in terms of material Receipt/Issue to various users and transfer from central store to satellite store TMT (Technical Motor Transport). SAP generated data.
3. Nil Variance.
4. Material Codification to ensure unique identification of material in such a manner to generate meaningful description of various engineering components to avoid duplication and easy identification by ERP tool .Creation within 2 days
5. Identification of obsolete inventory and generate tend analysis and consumption pattern.Data mining and analysis Proper preservation & Safe custody of material.
6. FIFO, Kanban & Shelf life
7. Review, updating and creation of SOPs, 5S, MIS & ISO 9000 & 14000 related documentation. As per SOP, Audit report, MAG observation and IFC reports
8. Procurement support thru rate contract analysis, expediting material supply from suppliers. Finance support thru proper stock accounting , auditing and stock taking activities.Within timelines
