Program Manager- Civil for select key customer of the SBU
Job Description:
o Project Management , Schedule Control, Cost Monitoring, Tracking & Control, and Resource& Material Planning
o Identification of Civil Contractors at the project locations
o Selection of the Civil contractors through RFP process
o Experience of construction of RCC framed structure building, RCC column & roof shed, concrete pad, site entry & exit roads, fencing & boundary wall, paving, painting/epoxy coating, anti-termite treatment, horticulture & landscaping, etc.
o Handling Project budget, timelines, selection of architect / consultant / contractors for the project,
o Responsible for Project execution through the selected contractors as per the timeline and SLA
o Regular visits to the project sites for effective Project execution , control and governance
o Responsible for Site Works , Site facilities , Site services , Site Access from Civil perspective as per SOW
o Stakeholder management including MIS and Review reports Clients and internal Mgt
o Audit of the process
BE / B Tech Civil from premier institute with min 12-15 years exp in similar roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in Construction of RCC framed structure buildings & Public health services
Experience in defence Infra sector business preferred .
