8) Costing & budgeting of materials
9) Structure & foundation
10) Interior work
11) Procurement of materials & equipments
12) Preparing monthly progress report
13) Evaluation of vendors/suppliers
14) Layout preparation & installation of machines
15) day-to-day building reparing work
