Job Description:

1. Assessing training needs and design training programs to strengthen WUA in collaboration with other experts
2. Prepare training modules and materials in relation to institution capacity
3. Development of Federations, Management body
4. Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or Irrigation or Water Resources. 
5. Experience: 5 years work experience in agriculture development, preferably irrigation water management and O&M.
