Job Description:

1. Design, construction supervision for irrigation schemes, institution building program for farmers, demonstration farm, food value chain improvement and any other farmers support program in the Project
2. Construction and contracting methods, and performing a comprehensive analysis of options, benefits, risks, mobilization and implementation schedules
3. Prepare technical specifications, invitation for tender and bid evaluation
4. Safety, quality and compliance with safeguards
5. Experience of the allocation of personnel, equipment and tools, quality and quantity of material, funds and recommending additional resources for execution of works
6. Planning, management, monitoring and reporting of all project activities including supporting the development and implementation of progress monitoring systems
7. egree in Civil Engineer or Irrigation or Water Resources. 
8. Experience: 15 years work experience in irrigation-related projects with 10 years work experience in external aided projects.
