Job Description:

1. Minimum years of relevant work experience : 7-10 Years Industry experience : Oil & Gas / Power 
2. Site Safety experience is mandatory.
3. Implements, administers and maintains project Drug and Alcohol Substance Abuse Program. 
4. Develops and conducts employee safety and health training programs. 
5. Conducts detailed site safety and health inspections. 
6. Manages project security contracts, programs and policies. 
7. Performs record keeping / filing functions. 
8. Conducts incident and injury/illness investigations. 
9. Writes detailed injury/illness reports. 
10. Completes all appropriate company safety and health program documents. 
11. Interfaces with clients and government officials.
12. Manages construction contractor safety and health program administration. 
13. Administers project workers compensation programs and procedures. 
14. May act as on-site first aid and medical provider. 
15. Provides supervision, training, development, and performance management of direct reports 
16. Develops and implements safety and industrial hygiene in consulting plans and studies. 
17. Analyzes data generated by Safety & Health studies and compiles reports including findings and recommendations including administrative, emergency and PPE controls. 
18. Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements. 
19. Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individuals comprising this team may vary by project.
