Job Description:
Site Engineer- Mechanical for the Project representing CBREInternal CBRE & Client MIS
Proactive approach on tracking contractor & Documentation deliverables
Responsible for the compiling, controlling and archiving all the documents related to the project during the pre-construction stage to project close-out documentation.

Experience :
a)7-8 yrs. of overall experience.
b) Exposure to Heavy-Engineering projects
c) Exposure to Projects in remote location (Tier II/ Tier III locations)
Qualifications :
a) BE
b) PG Specialisation in PM/CM will have an edge (NICMAR)
Organisations From :
a) Consultants / Consulting Engineers
b) Large (Grade 1) Contracting firms
Functional Skills :
a) should have executed 1+ projects as Mechanical engineer for Industrial projects
Leadership skills :
Team Player & Ability to converse and communicate effectively with Large contractors on daily basis
Any other :
1) Good communication skills & a self-starter with positive attitude.
2) Ability to oversee works at remote locations ( Bihar/ UP/ Gujarat)
