Job Description

1. Monitoring QA/QC activities at project site
2. Implement the QA/QC management system at site
3. Checking construction activities stage wise
4. Training all subcontractors/ labors about the quality requirement as per QMS
5. Identify and ensure development of methods, ITPs and all quality records
6. Organizing and conducting Quality audits with co-ordination of all the concerned department heads
7. Identify and develop master list of testing and measuring equipment Calibration
8. Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues & organizing and conducting management review meeting at regular intervals at site
9. Ensure QA/QC test on materials as per ITP
10. Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
11. Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the QC engineer
12. Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action
13. Interpretation of standards and codes used in the respective discipline of specialization in Mechanical.
