Job Description:

1. Project Engineer will be a single point responsibility for end-to-end co-ordination during execution of Civil and Structural works under assigned project. It involves the coordination with Engineering team, Supply chain management, Vendor, Expeditors, Construction team and Client.
2. Project Engineer has to ensure readiness of Civil works as per the project schedule with strict compliance to Customer specifications, Quality standards and HSE norms.
3. Review of Engineering documents or Specifications or Job specific Method statements for various Civil activities
4. Optimize the order quantities for Bulk material for Structural fabrication
5. Interface management between Engineering, Construction team, Sub-contractors and Client
6. Monitor and review the construction progress to meet overall Project schedule.
7. Visit to Sub-contractors fabrication workshops and Yards to review and expedite the structural fabrication progress
8. Assist in resolution of site queries, field engineering, support from sub-contractor and as-built documentation.
9. Ensure compliance of the HSE plan during all stages of Project
10. Assist in Project Closeout and Site Demobilization activities
11. Experience of working on EPC projects in Refinery or Petrochemical or Gas Processing or Fertiliser projects for reputed organizations.
12. Experience of complete project lifecycle for atleast one project.
13. For a position in Domestic EPC project, candidate must have an experience of 7-10 years and should have worked on atleast two projects with value more than 500 Crores.
14. For a position in International EPC project, candidate must have an experience of 10-15 years and should have worked on atleast two International projects with value more than 150M USD
15. In depth knowledge of Codes and Industry Standards applicable to Civil works
16. Hands on experience of Construction or Structural Fabrication activities
17. Experience of working on Process Plant Buildings
18. Experience of Working on Modular Plants
19. Conversant with EIL or PDIL specifications for domestic projects
20. Experience of working on Saudi Aramco, PDO, KOC or KNPC projects
21. Sound knowledge of Project Management Techniques and Project Management Tools like Primavera, MS Project, MS Office
22. Good Interpersonal Skills, Oral and written communication, Team player
23. Leadership skills, Decision making, Risk assessment, Planning, Stake holder management, Negotiation skills
