Job Description:

1. Be conversant with Keycontractual terms and conditions.
2. Ensure adherence to establishedcontracts management procedures
3. Review and analyse tenderdocuments from commercial and contractual point of view (Salient conditions,list of clarifications, exceptions and deviations, risk identification andassessment)
4. Prepare proposed riskmitigation plan from contractual point of view
5. Conduct Risk Reviews duringPre-bid stage and Project Execution.
6. Coordinate with variousdepartments like Insurance, Taxation, Finance and Accounts, Legal, etc. toget their inputs or deliverables for the Tender or Project
7. Change Orders and Claimsmanagement with Client
8. Analyse reasons for delays anddisruptions, identify client related reasons and issue notification and changeorders to the client in consultation with the Project Manager
9. Support Project Manager in allcontractual discussions with the client
10. Develop understanding ofinternal working of owner or clients project management and other departments(like Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure effective discussion or resolution ofcontractual claims
11. Identify insurance requirementsfor the project, monitor renewal and closure of insurance policies
12. Provide inputs on local taxlaws, Import Export, INCOTERMS, FIDIC etc. to the Project Manager
13. Obtain validation on legalreview from Legal function
14. Participate in pre-bid meetingsand negotiations with client, seek commercial clarifications
15. Support project team oncontract administration throughout the project lifecycle (change orders, scopeextensions)
16. Provide inputs to ProjectManager to prioritize change orders and build basis for negotiation with theclient
17. Provide inputs to enableprocurement and construction, formulate back to back T and C for inclusion inagreements with subcontractors or vendors.

Note:The Job role involves being stationed at Home office(India) during initial (E and P) phase of the Project and may require jobposting (Single accommodation) at Project Site Location(s) Overseas.
