Job Description:

1. Studying Contracts appreciation documents
2. Contractual correspondence and claim preparation
3. Extra claims / escalation claims and Interpretation of contracts 
4. Delay analysis
5. Dispute resolution through amicable settlement,
6. Candidate should have hands on exp. in handling contracts & claims issues of project sites 
7. Candidate should have exp. in Highways/ Underground/ Water Projects 
8. Candidate should have exp. in FIDIC Contract
