Requirement in Hindustan Construction Company Ltd for HCC is a business group of global scale developing and building responsible infrastructure through next practices. Job Description:

1. DGM-Highway Design will be responsible for design of rigid/flexible pavement on the Road Project(s) and suggesting any new technology involved in design/ construction of rigid/flexible pavements.
2. Must have expeience in Horizontal alignment , Vertical alignment, Geometric Highway design.
3. He shall have knowledge of Construction Material Properties, Life Cycle Cost Analysis. .
4. He should be good team leader & able to guide Jr. Team and navigate them in achieving Project & technical targets given by the client.
5. Candidate is expected to do close coordination with Contractor/Client/Indian Design Team. 
6. Should get regular follow up with the client & review its work on regular basis & keeping appropriate co-ordination between internal team and client.
7. Prepare budget
8. Interact with the team to understand the schedule and date of completion of the activity and convey to the client
9. Visit site to understand the real conditions and design accordingly.
10. Design solutions, provide execution details and design highways keeping in mind the real situation.
11. Provide guidance to the Auto CAD draftsmen
12. Coordinate with Bridge Engineers and relevant personnel from other fields
13. Supervise and collate field data, analysis and report.
14. Supervise and conduct road inventories, condition surveys, and pavement investigations.
15. Prepare all monthly reports.
16. Support in procurement and maintenance of relevant equipment
17. Coordinate with all interfaces internal and external for achieving work related goals.
18. Software Proficiency : MX Road + Detailed Designing of India Highway Projects
