Job Description

1. Studying Contracts appreciation documents
2. Contractual correspondence and claim preparation
3. Extra claims / escalation claims and Interpretation of contracts 
4. Delay analysis
5. Dispute resolution through amicable settlement
6. Should have hands on exp. in handling contracts & claims issues of project sites 
7. Should have exp. in Dam/Underground/Tunnel Projects 
8. Should have exp. in FIDIC Contract.
