Executive/Asst.Manager/ Manager- Accounts
Job Description
1. Complies Legal procedures for issuance of Way Bill.
2. Managing Fixed Assets Register & physical verification of Fixed Assets.
3. Coordination for physical verification and reconciliation of Inventory items.
4. Pre audits of procurement and work orders
5. Coordinate Internal Audits and implementation of action items
6. MIS on Capex, Cash flow, Working capital, monthly rolling projections, variance analysis, and location center wise budget Vs actual reports.
7. Daily Cash inflow and MIS.
8. Vendor payments.
9. Ensuring compliance in area of operation.
10. Internal audit Management
11. Monitoring to Account Receivables.
12. Well versed with Tax compliance.
13. Local purchase and payments for small purchase and site expenses. Put a system to minimize cash payment at site
14. Coordinate with Project manager
15. Sending expenses statement to TFL office and coordinate with TFL office
16. Procedure for placing the Purchase Orders
17. GRN & MRN and its importance for processing the invoices.
18. Process the Invoice Verification in ERP for payment
19. Understand the applicability of taxes like GST.
20. Understand the statutory compliance like Deduction of TDS.
21. Prepare the Bank Reconciliation Statement
22. Undertake Banking Transaction
23. Handle the cash transaction of the Site.
24. Pass the necessary entries in the system
Desired Profile 

6+ years of experience of medium / large Infrastructure projects.
Capable of handling Accounts as a Section Incharge.
Should possess extensive knowledge of Accounting Standards.
High degree of proficiency in the use MS Office.
Good communicator both oral and written.
General management and leadership skills.
Having handled RVNL/Railway Projects would be an added advantage.
Experience 6 to 15 Years
