Executive/Assistant/Manager- IR & Admin
Job Description
1. Supervision and Monitoring of Compliances under Labour Legislations such as CL(R&A)Act1970, EPF & MPAct 1952, ESI Act 1948, MW Act 1948 & Payment of Wages Act 1936, Bonus Act 1965 , WC Act etc.
2. Attending to compliances in case of accident at site.
3. Liaison with
Govt officials & local administration
Local inhabitants/political leaders/villages
Labour directorate, ESI office and others
4. BOCW /Inter State Migrant Worker Act: - Registration & Monitoring of Provisions of the Act.
5. Maintenance of statutory registers
6. Issue of contract labour gate pass
7. Labour payments
8. Maintaining file of each contractor with following doc: contract document or work order / PF code / ESIC registration / EC Policy if applicable/ Contractor Details / PF challans / all half yearly and yearly returns/ letter issued to contractor / Letters received from contractors / Show cause etc.
9. Monitor & intervene to minimize employee relations problem spots.
10. Ensure screening of all sub-contractors workmen / Security person / P&M workmen in consultation with PM / Site In-charge.
11. Issue ID card to RSW workmen and Sub-Contractor Workers.
12. Proper attendance of workmen and spot checking of TPR-Apex and Sub Contractor Workers.
13. ESIC nomination Form 1 of workmen along with required KYC details.
14. Entry in Form 13 workmen and Sub-Contractors workmen.
15. Prepared and Collect monthly wage sheet / Master roll duly filled the details of workmen.
16. Land on lease and arrangement of Labours Colony / Drinking water at Sites for workmen
17. Day to day general admin work/ Medical facilities / Contact with local police etc.

Desired Profile 
6+ years of experience of medium / large Infrastructure projects.
Exposure to handle the Contract workmen cases related to terms and condition of employment (Bonus, wages, retrenchment)
Exposure to liasoning with labour authorities (Labour inspector/ Asst. Labour Commissioner) and statutory audit by them so that there is no noncompliance.
Exposure to labour licensing of the contractors & statutory compliance.
Exposure to witness of labour payments for more than 500 Workmen.
