JUNIOR ARCHITECT

For this position we are looking for an architect who has had the opportunity to focus working through all stages of a project – from concept to construction documentation. The ideal

candidate should have a strong portfolio in design conceptualization as well as detailing and should simultaneously have the capacity to develop the design through detailed construction documents and construction administration.

Education: B.Arch minimum,

Experience: 2-4 years

Duties and Key Skills will include:

• Assist Senior architects in developing designs and presentations for exterior as well as interior design.

• Assist with Design coordination with consultants, clients and contractors

• Prepare detailed construction drawings.

• Have the ability to conduct Quality Control with respect to documents.

• Strong background in AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D Max

• Knowledge of REVIT is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Must be willing to handle some amounts of administrative duties.

• Must be willing to travel
