Job Description

1. The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following:
2. Physical delivery of MEP works as per contractual terms and conditions with required quality and safety standards
3. Study of technical drawings and coordination between designs department, project team, clients for MEP works
4. Design and finalization of floor electrical layouts, equipment layouts, cable tray layouts, earthing layouts, HVAC layouts, equipment layouts, duct layouts, internal toilet water supply and drainage layout, external water supply and sanitary drainage layout, terrace plumbing layout, external storm water drainage layout, water supply, SLD, BOQ and specifications.
5. In depth knowledge in the execution of ELV systems, HVAC systems, PHE systems
6. Co-ordinate with concerned divisions, vendors, architects and other service consultants on need basis.
7. Monthly progress reports for electrical works, HVAC works, plumbing and fire fighting works and submit to the project manager and billing according to the progress
8. Testing ,commissioning and handing over of electrical and ELV works, HVAC works, plumbing, drainage and fire-fighting/ fire protection installation works etc.
