Job Description:

1. The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following:
2. Ensuring implementation of Quality Management System as per approved Quality Manual and Contract requirement.
3. Implementation of Procedures / Work methods through orientation / mockups.
4. Organise/ conduct Induction to workmen during screening at site
5. Conduct regular Pep-talk on Quality to workmen engaged at Site.
6. Maintain in-house testing facility at site and ensuring fitness of equipments for accuracy & purpose.
7. Conducting stage-wise quality inspection & tests as per ITP for construction materials and activities.
8. Organizing material tests at Third Party Lab.
9. Organising for Quality Audits at site .
10. Conducting vendor inspection for approval and for dispatch of outsourced items.
11. Liaise with Customer for Quality related matters. 
12. Issue Observation & NCR for deviation of work/ process observed through regular site walk-down.
13. Monitor ageing & control of Non-conformance and timely disposal of NC.
14. Implementing effective corrective action for Customer Complaints & NCR for continuous improvement.
15. Organize and Conduct periodic Management Review Meeting to discuss performance of QMS.
16. Organize & conduct Quality Motivational Program for Staff, Supervisors & Workmen.
17. Identify & implement best practices and measure improvements.
