1. The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following:
2. Responsible for the overall EHS organization, providing quality EHS services to operations and facilitate in achieving benchmark performance.
3. to ensure the implementation of B&F IC EHS Policy & Integrated Management System for EHS at the project sites. 
4. to develop & facilitate implementation of project specific guidelines & procedures to ensure that good EHS culture is established and all the hazards are identified and adequately controlled.
5. to assist our operations team in preparing work method statements by sharing best practices.
6. to prepare project specific risk assessment for all activities, facilities at site, activities of visitors.
7. identify all legal requirements, facilitate compliance and monitor the compliance level.
8. identifying, designing and imparting site specific training for staff, subcontractor, workmen and visitors.
9. continually monitor the proactive & reactive EHS performance at project and facilitate operations to take necessary corrective & preventive action.
10. establish, implement and maintain emergency preparedness and response procedure at projects 
11. develop and maintain good working relationships with customers & consultants to ensure no interruption occurs due to EHS issues.
12. develop effective working relationships with all employees and employees' representatives to ensure the maintenance of harmonious employee relations within the projects.
