Locations:Vijayawada, Bhimavaram, Palakollu, Tadepalligudam Job Description:

1. The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following:
2. Physical delivery of project as per contractual commitment with required Safety and Quality Standards.
3. Establishing the project, developing solutions to construction challenges
4. Study of Technical Drawings and coordination between Engineering Design, Project Team and Clients for Structure, Finishing and MEP works.
5. Guiding Execution Team in residential projects with Correct Formwork System, Survey System, and Method of Concrete Pumping.
6. Conducting weekly coordination meeting with all sub-contractors (Finishing, MEP and Speciality sub-contractors).
7. Attending weekly management meeting with PMC/Owners representative and Consultants.
8. Implementation of Approved Project Quality Plan & Safety Plan.
9. Reviewing Work method Statements and suggesting better practices for Better Productivity of labour/Equipment.
