Job Description:

1. The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following:
2. To promote, supervise and control all matters connected with the finishing works of the Project.
3. To ensure that contractual obligations are met in time and to the quality requirements to the satisfaction of the Client
4. To network with the Project planning team for schedules of finishes work.
5. To be fully aware of Contract documents- Technical specs, Contract conditions, Drawings, BOQ.
6. To schedule approvals Vendor, Shop drawings, Materials, Methodology, Mock-ups etc to facilitate proper execution of finishes.
7. To update the management on latest developments & techniques in finishes in the market.
8. To implement and establish the QMS based in ISO and to perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
9. Material management Procurement & Reconciliation
10. Setting up work procedures, Check lists, protocols, resolving discrepancies 
11. Team management Assigning Tasks & Monitoring
12. Coordination with related trades & services
13. Adhere to targets on Safety, Time, Cost & above all Quality
14. Target on innovations, avoid reworks & revisits, wastage control, Good house keeping
15. Inputs to Planning Dept. on Revisions, changes affecting Cost & Time schedule
16. Snags/NCR Attendance & rectification
17. Handing over, setting team for DLP & contract closure formalities
