Engineering Analysis Center of Excellence (EACoE) is the Engineering & technology hub for GE Infrastructure located at the John F Welch Technology Centre, Bangalore. The team is part of the Global Engineering team of the Infrastructure businesses like Aviation, Energy, Oil & Gas and Water technologies, engaged in high-end design and analysis of Aircraft Engine components, Steam / Gas / Wind Turbines and Generators and mechanical drives for oil & gas applications.

Job Description: 

1. Attaining complete knowledge of the site execution plan, time schedule, scope of supply / work,
2. scope of civil works, major subcontracts, budget and account structure, status of documentation,
3. EHS plan, site staffing plan, applicable local regulations, restrictions etc.
4. Mobilise the site and set up of site infrastructure.
5. Plan and set up vehicles, accommodation and other support for site staff.
6. Establish site regulations and rules of site operation.
7. Select and hire local personnel as required.
8. Execute daily (if required), weekly and monthly comprehensive reports.
9. Set up the site filing and document control system.
10. Strategically execute the site Cost Control program.
11. Strategically execute the ABFPL EHS Policy and the site EHS plan.
12. Strategically manage the site schedule, progress of works and cost / resource drawdown.
13. Set up and strategically execute the site QA/QC plan.
14. Carry out both meritorious and disciplinary actions as prescribed by ABFPL regulations.
15. Take necessary actions to maintain high site morale.
16. Conduct daily and weekly meetings with ABFPL staff and subcontractors.
17. The overall management and leadership of the ABFPL site staff.
18. Developing a Site Safety Culture during the site execution of the project.
19. Executing the project within the site portion of the construction budget.
20. Achieving all major milestones within the site schedule.
21. Performance assessments of all site staff including contract staff and life-of-project staff.
22. Maintaining an intensive customer relationship and a high level of customer satisfaction.
