Sowparnika Projects & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd ., a leading Construction Company in South India is seeking the brightest and most talented minds to be part of construction management firm in Purchase Department.

Job Description :

1. Develop and manage new vendor relationships
2. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
3. Issue Purchase Orders/Work Orders and track them to ensure timely delivery of goods. 
4. Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products 
5. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system 
6. Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value 
7. Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey
8. Execution (and monitoring) of all regular purchasing duties 
9. Handle and monitor claims to vendors for defectives, shortage, missing materials
10. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
11. Coordinate Payments follow up for suppliers
12. Prepare and submit reports on cost reduction, increase of rate, comparatives.
13. Working experience in sourcing / purchase of building construction materials and other allied products
