Job Description:

• Follow up the routine maintenance of the machines.
• To maintain inventory of fast moving spares.
• In case of breakdown, see to it that the problem is rectified immediately. 
• To check the productivity of machine periodically by comparing with standard productivity standards.
• Follow up and coordination with HO / RO for timely mobilization of machines.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs cost
• Take appropriate action wherever productivity is not satisfactory
• To appoint qualified operators, drivers, and mechanics.
• Identify training the needs and communicate to HO /RO

• Gather the data from the logbook, maintenance book, stores and ISO format.
• Compare and analyses the data with the operation standards of the machines.
• Provide suggestions to the planning department at site in forms of reducing the cost improve the performance and profit.
• Provide the data to the plant department for future tenders.
• Documentation.
• To maintain Site Equipment Muster.
• To provide monthly report to the HO on the physical verification and performance of the machine / equipment. 
• Familiarize and follow ISO procedures and documentation.
• Be an ISO auditee.
• Close all NCs / Observations

Eligibility Criteria :
1. Full time education is must .Profiles from distance education & Gap in Qualification will not be entertained.
2. Candidate should be aware of Job Requirement.
3. Preference will be given to the profiles from core construction companies.
4. Candidate should be physically fit to work at site.
5. Stability in a work experience is must.
6. Candidates who have already appeared for interview earlier will not be entertained.
7. Candidate should be ready to relocate any where in India.
