Customer Services Associates/Executives - Airport

Job Description:

1. Give world class Airport Service Quality experience to passengers in Terminals & enhance the image of India.
2. Listen & attend to passengers needs, feedback, suggestions and help them promptly with finesse.
3. Regularly check Passenger flow, Trolley, Baggage, Medical Services, Lost Property, Queue Management, VIP Protocol, Housekeeping standards and ensure excellent passenger service.
4. Coordinate with other Departments eg. Guest Relations, Security, Maintenance, Airside, and Aviation Services for smooth passenger services.
5. Maintain harmonious & collaborative relationship with stakeholders eg. Airlines, Immigration, Customs, CISF, Medical Services, Lounges, Retail and F&B outlets for excellent passenger service.
6. This is a 12 hour shift job with total 4 shifts in a week. Will include night shift also.

Job Location- Delhi Airport ( Any Terminal )

Educational Qualification Required- Minimum eligibility criteria, Graduation in any stream (Bachelors in Hotel Mgt, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, BBA, etc.) except B.Tech & MBA

Experience - 0 to 2 years. We prefer experience in Hospitality sector, Hospitality management graduates ( Front Office in 5 Star Hotels )
Age Limit - Not more than 27 yrs
