Job Description

1. To maintain the financial records as required and update cash flow data for the project 
2. To ensure that the cash entries must be posted in accounts on daily basis .
3. Daily updation in Books of Accounts/ ERP
4. Maintaining Cash Voucher
5. Scrutinise of daily expenses bills/vouchers 
6. Verification of Bill Authentication or Approval
7. Must have prior experience in transmission and distribution projects.
8. Verification of Actual utilization of all materials or expenses
9. Daily Work Progress Report against BOQ items
10. Follow up the collection of purchase bill for items GRN made but bill not come 
11. Update of purchase in accounts after receiving the purchase bill from store 
12. Verification of Tax Components.
