Job Description:

1. Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting
2. Preparation of project plan & project budget 
3. Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources
4. Plans resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan
5. Monitors construction schedule
6. Preparing Cash Flow statement
7. Preparing work schedule Rate analysis & Costing
8. Providing construction methodology and segmental methodologies
9. Time cycle Analysis and submitting variance report feedback to project site
10. MS project Schedule updation & to know critical path & feedback to project team.
11. Should have experience in Planning of Infrastructure projects.
12. Knowledge of Primavera is desired
