Job Description:

1. Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting
2. Preparation of project plan & project budget 
3. Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources.
4. Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources
5. Plans resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan
6. Monitors construction schedule
7. Preparing Cash Flow statement
8. Preparing work schedule
9. Rate analysis & Costing
10. Providing construction methodology and segmental methodologies
11. Time cycle Analysis and submitting variance report feedback to project site
12. MS project Schedule updation & to know critical path & feedback to project team.
13. Should have experience in Planning of Infrastructure projects
14. Candidate should have hands on experience in Planning & Budgeting 
15. Candidate must have working knowledge of MS Project 
16. Candidate should have experience in Infrastructure Projects
17. Knowledge of Primavera is desired
