Job openings in a one of the largest private sector construction companies of India Montecarlo Limited (MCL) that specializes in large scale civil construction and energy networks by formulating new age construction technologies.

Job Description: 

1. Responsibility for the procurement of all type of Mechanical, Electrical & Consumables items etc.
2. Responsibility for the procurement of Pump & spares, Compressor & spares, Tyres, Bearing & all type of fasteners.
3. Working as a team member for Annual Rate Contract formalization & finalization with vendors.
4. Diligently involved in Vendor Development and preparation of enquiry.
5. Stellar in handling preparation of all types of Purchase Order on SAP Programming System. Correspondence and dealing with suppliers, carriers etc., regarding shortages, rejections etc., reported by the Stores Department.
6. Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
7. Managing Indirect, Operation activities conducting joint study with various end users for technical 
8. evaluation of various suppliers and developing various negotiation strategies for discussion with suppliers.
9. Managing relationships with the supplier for building a loyal supplier base.
10. Identifying and developing potential vendors for achieving cost effective purchases of Mechanical, Electrical, Spares, Consumable, finished goods.
11. Developing a dependable vendor database for the entire material requirement without compromising on quality. 
12. Ensuring follow-up with vendors for timely deliveries/ quality checks & ensuring timely payments.
