Ensure compliance and implementation of all Engineering procedures as per the construction industry norms and as outlined in the design basis document/drawings.

Should be able to understand the job sequencing specially finishing of the building

Coordination with LTC, sub-contractors, MEP Contractors for day-to-day activities

Drawing study, Execution & Quantity surveying of finishing related activities.

Maintaining checklists in specified formats.

To supervise and guide the team of Engineers.

MIS Reporting, Budgeting and preparation of cost to completion of the project.

Project Location :-Gachibowli,Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience : 5-10

We are looking for Planning & QS engineer with B.E / B.Tech Civil, who has 5-10 years of experience in Preparation of plans and schedules for IT & Commercial buildings and handle QS.

Responsible for the preparation of plans and schedules that are required to manage the project and attain target dates.

Micro planning of each activity approved in budget, finalization of materials in time as per micro plan & advance forecasting of machinery & material.

Checking time cycle of various activities to cut down execution cost, planning regarding delayed works, establishing root cause for slip & providing solutions.

Submission of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.

Receive site progress measurement data and prepare progress reports.

Field / verify reported progress.

Analyze subcontractor plans and schedules, manpower and sequencing of work.

Evaluate problem areas and prepare logic alternatives.
Perform critical path evaluation on site activities when required.

Receive client shutdown data and integrate into project schedule.

Evaluate project progress as per planned vs actual and analysis of financial impact of the same
