The roles and responsibilities shall include:
1. Pre Contract Costing/Budgeting
2. Rate Analysis of Items
3. Study and analyze the project drawings, specification and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
4. Quantification in Lump sum contracts along with technical details.
5. Collection &Evaluation of quotations from vendors for back up, follow up of queries & offer collection and negotiation with them.
6. Confer with engineers, architect, client, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
7. Review cost estimates for laborers, materials and subcontractors.
8. Assessment of overhead expense in detail.
9. Preparation of Techno Commercial Proposals.
10. Maintained relationship with clients, subcontractors, and different departments.
11. Establish and maintain tendering process and conduct negotiations.
12. Preparation of cash flow
13. Calculation of escalation

14. Preparation of resource allocation schedule based on the construction program.
