Position Title : Estimation Engineer - DUBAI

Project Location: Dubai

Experience : 5 - 8 years

Type of project : Civil Residential / Commercial Building Project

Qualifications & Skills

B.E / B.Tech Civil with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:

Candidate with GULF Exposure in similar profile would be preferred.


1. Responsible for measuring and preparation of quantity take off sheet, preparation of BOQs, Costing.
2. Knowledge of current market rates related to material and labour.
3. Experienced in working to standard methods of measurement.
4. Experienced in Rate Analysis for various Civil Works.
5. Prepare budgets in formats and its presentation.
6. Support to Contract, Cost Control.
7. A first-rate understanding of construction processes, commercial awareness and business acumen.
8. Research product literature, maintain knowledge of current building products.
9. Review product literature, analyze materials and its appropriateness for application to Project.
