Job Description:

1. To maintain the financial records as required and update cash flow data for the project 
2. To ensure that the cash entries must be posted in accounts on daily basis .
3. Daily updation in Books of Accounts/ ERP
4. Maintaining Cash Voucher
5. Scrutinise of daily expenses bills/vouchers 
6. Verification of Bill Authentication or Approval
7. Verification of Actual utilization of all materials or expenses
8. Daily Work Progress Report against BOQ items
9. Follow up the collection of purchase bill for items GRN made but bill not come 
10. Update of purchase in accounts after receiving the purchase bill from store 
11. Verification of Tax Components.
