Job Description:

1. Quantity surveying and Preparation of BOQ
2. Quantiity take off from Autocad
3. Preparing BOQ of civil work and finishing works
4. Business analysis- working out cost to completion, NPV, IRR
5. Rate analysis, Costing & Estimation
6. Costing on complete project
7. Obtaining quotations from subcontractors and vendors
8. Preparation of comparison statement of quotations
9. Preparing CSQ
10. Subcontractor finalization
11. Contract administration of multiple residential, commercial and industrial projects
12. Floating RFQ and preparing CSQ for various construction plant and machinery, lifts and escalators
13. Candidate must be a B E Civil and should have atleast 2 - 3 latest yrs of exp in construction/ contracting firm
