Urgent Requirement Environmental Engineer / Manager for Corporate | HCC | 7 - 12 Years | Mumbai

Requirement in Hindustan Construction Company Ltd for HCC is a business group of global scale developing and building responsible infrastructure through next practices. With an engineering heritage of nearly 100 years, HCC has executed a majority of India's landmark infrastructure projects, having constructed 25% of India's Hydel Power generation and over 50% of India's Nuclear Power generation capacities, over 3,300 lane km of Expressways and Highways, more than 200 km of complex Tunnelling and over 324 Bridges.
Job Description
* Will be Responsible for Implementation Environmental Management System at site.
* Prepare Environmental Management Plans for projects like Hydro electric, metro rail, Highways.
* EMS implementation, Audit, Gap analysis, Transition as per new ISO 14001:2015
* Regional Environmental Regulations and their possible implications on ongoing and new projects
* Legal compliance monitoring for all sectors like hydro, transport, water, nuclear and special projects
* Environmental monitoring and statutory submission review for all sectors
* Internal audit for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for projects like metro rail, hydro electric, pump storage project, atomic power plant, dock, laboratory buildings, water pipeline project etc.
* Review and updates of procedures related to legal and environmental requirements
* Conduct training on Environmental and Legal Applicability, Behaviour Based Safety
* Gap analysis and transition of existing system with respect to requirements of new ISO 14001:2015
* Client interaction and coordination for initial data collection for prior Environmental Clearance documentation
The position will be interacting with counterparts in the Head Office and other Group/Site offices throughout India hence a professional attitude and Excellent communication skills is important.
