Job Description:

1. Responsible for initial set-up and configuration
2. Create each requested company in Concur 
3. Set up of the expense categories requested by the local business (incl. potential customization)
4. Support the build and connection of an automatic interface to the companys ERP system (where applicable)
5. Set up the users in Concur, respectively establish the automated interface to the staff database
6. Responsible for system testing end to end 
7. Where applicable localize the system, incl. language, tax and specifics
8. Document the setup done
9. Provide System training and ongoing support
10. Provide initial user, approver and finance auditor training
11. Ensure quality of training materials
12. Provide second level support on technical issues
13. Troubleshoot in case of technical Concur issues 
14. Coordinate with other teams in case of system problems, including Concur
15. Drive, follow up and implement change requests
16. Configure and provide Concur reporting files acc. to business needs

Experience requirements
Experience within Finance/Travel and Expenses
Experience Concur (front-and backend of the system) is a big plus
Experience with ERP system is a big plus

Educational requirements
University degree in Finance/IT/HR or similar through experience
Fluent in English, additional languages is a plus
Minimum of 2 years work experience, ideally from working in international company
