Requirement for S D Corporation Pvt. Ltd,SD Corporation is a preferred developer for redevelopment and green field projects. Job Description:

1. Checking of measurement submitted by contractor with drawing & actual work done.
2. Certification of invoice (civil + finishing + MEP), entering service entry sheet in SAP & parking invoice in SAP 
3. Should understand the different taxation structures in construction contract.
4. Checking of debit recovery & its tracking, tracking of advance payment, recovery & retention.
5. Reconciliation of material supplied by client, reconciliation with internal client (account dept. for booking).
6. Should be able to close project on financial & contractual terms. 
7. QS work in post contract stage, quantity estimation from working drawings, & its tracking through out the project life cycle.
8. Rate analysis of civil & finishing items. 
9. Preparation of monthly MIS for billing function, QS function & project cost, project productivity report.
10. Should be able to understand contractual clauses with different type of contract packages (item rate, cost plus, lumpsum, builtup rate contract).
11. Response to contractual claim submitted by contractor.
12. Tracking of misc expenses related to site activity.
13. Co-ordination & follow-up with internal & external parties for project-cost related activities.
14. Innovative in finding solution in construction methodology & highlight its cost impact in overall project cost.
15. Should be able to Identify the gaps between budgeted & actual executed work
16. Minimum 5 years of Billing Experience in Residential Projects
17. SAP or any systems experience is mandatory
18. Experience in High rise buildings will be given additional preference
