Job Description:

1)Timely raising of client bills monthly and getting them certified from client for timely payments.
2)Raising and checking sub-contractor bills/ suppliers bills
3) Studying drawings and preparing measurements and calculating quantities based on drawings/BOQ.
4) Check the items billed for their physical execution and cross check the quantities claimed. Ensure accuracy of measurements.
5) Preparing material and labour reconciliation reports and reporting to management for wastage.
6) Planning of resources, quantity for procurement, labour etc. in advance.
7) Civil Engineering Degree/ Diploma holder
8) Good command over MS office especially MS Excel, AutoCAD etc.
