Job Description:
1. Experience of Building projects.
2. Monitoring project with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, to ensure timely execution of projects.
3. Co-ordinating meeting with contractor for review of progress and site issue.
Monitoring the Progress w.r.t schedule.
4. Check & certify contractor Bill.
5. Ensuring of Construction Quality System through Quality team & ensuring the compliance.
6. Fortnightly Backlog & look ahead plans, Construction Schedule Review & take necessary steps (Catch up plan) to meet the critical Activities deadlines.
7. Conduct regular site review meetings with Sub Contractors and CM team.
8. Co-ordinate with Offshore PM & EM for design related queries
9. Follow escalation mechanism to address any critical issues.
10. Monitor site activities and temporary site facilities as well as assist the enforcement of statutory and contractual regulations for occupational health and environmental protection according to "HSE Program Site.
11. Good communication and management skills.
12. Be organized and structured in his works
13. Any other assignments given by PM/PC based on project requirement.
