Job description: 

1. Our role in the design process will include the creation of US Rebar shop drawings adapted from architectural and structural plans to be used by project personnel in the detailing of concrete systems.
2. Possesses the knowledge to produce and/or review engineering analysis and calculations by applying the fundamentals of engineering and principles of detailing.
3. Diploma /B.E in Civil Engineering 
4. Design and detail engineering
5. Minimum 3+ years of work experience in US Rebar Detailing and should take the responsibilities for preparing Bar Bending Schedules, Self Checking and Rebar Take-offs.
6. Should have experience in Infrastructure Detailing and Commercial Detailing, by using the following software 1) Auto Cad 2) Rebar Cad
7. Advanced knowledge of US Rebar Detailing systems, take-offs, and estimating processes
8. Commercial concrete construction experience, especially in Rebar.
9. Extensive Auto Cad experience utilizing Autodesk Design Suite software.
10. Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment.
11. Strong written and verbal communications skills
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
13. Experience in acquisition and supervision on supporting team.
14. Notifies project management of changes that might impact material and other problems.
15. Attends project meetings to resolve technical coordination issues and initiate and track RFIs.
16. Prepares quantity takeoffs and estimates as required.
17. Records, updates, and maintains RFI, Project Submittals, and drawing logs.
18. Safe, technically accurate & cost effective.
19. Produced in a timely manner to achieve production goals.
