Job Description:

1. Degree qualified engineer (Mechanical or Chemical) with 10 to 15 years of demonstrable experience in techno commercial coordination of large water treatment and Desalination plants.
2. High level interpersonal skills, strong management, planning and self-management skills;
3. Commercially and contractually astute;
4. Ability to work independently
5. Ability to recognise and highlight techno commercial risks.
6. Ability to provide vendor and customer technical interfaces.
7. National (and ideally international) Project experience
8. Experience in supervision of others, including project members and sub-contractors.
9. Capacity to travel, including international
10. Advanced computer skills in MS Office and MS Project.
11. Ability to understand various global contracting practices.
12. Taking responsibility for project engineering and technical co-ordination between project teams and engineering
13. Facilitating detailed design of equipment, mechanical C&IE and piping to meet project specific requirements
14. Agreeing resourcing requirements for large desalination projects with the engineering team
15. Managing project commercial issues with the Project Manager
16. Willing to undertake short term assignments on site and in other Osmoflo global offices
17. Liaising with customers and internal resources to ensure approvals are in line with project schedules and milestones
