Job Description:

1. Preparation of Quality plan, Procedures, check lists, welding plan, Heat chart
2. Implementing welding activities as per ASME & ISO 9001 systems
3. Preparing Welding Procedure specifications (WPS),Procedure Qualification Records(PQR) Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) records, Welder Continuity Records
4. Verifying Material test certificates for welding consumables & raw materials
5. Executing periodical calibration for welding equipments
6. Coordinate third party inspection organizations employed to meet code, statutory and company requirements
7. Conducting NDT Tests.
8. Candidate should have ASNT Level II Certified
9. Candidate should have exp. in heavy Structural projects.
