1. Project Planning & Scheduling - Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of construction of Project and ensuring execution of entire project within time and budgetary parameters with quality engineering practices
2. Site Supervision - Supervising project activities and handling the complete project management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects. 
3. Field Engineering
4. Techno-Commercial Operations
5. Cost Control /- Work Procedures
6. Team Supervision & Co ordination
