Job Description:
1. Preparation of process calculations
2. Process design for water and waste water treatment plant.
3. Cost Estimation for fabricated item in MS / MSRL/ SS
4. Co-ordinate with SSD unit, technology , proposal and Sales group.
5. Preparation various report with data analysis of product , market, deviation in cost, risk involve etc.
6. Correspondence with sales and vendors for price and engineering optimization.
7. Checking of P&ID & Layout drawings to guide design team and project team.
8. Obtain assistance to acquire from other departments (Engineering, Estimation, Contract Administration, Construction, etc.) as required to prepare the BOM/BOQ/cost
9. Primary responsibility for preparation/review of the product l write-ups.
10. Prepare initial assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with a product.
11. To define the Scope of Work and Services offered to the Customer and also to analyse the gaps to address with Project /Design team.
12. Maintain knowledge archive of approved company vendors, estimation methods as well as product know how.
13. Obtain feedback from projects for lessons learned to incorporate in future proposals.
14. Reviewing final cost report with project team and develop chronological information.
15. Assisting and/or leading design-build projects.
16. Assisting and preparing risk analysis.
17. Establish and maintaining departments resource/knowledge library.
18. Cost preparation for new product
19. Product docket to make including drawings.
20. Installation manual to prepare
21. O&M manual to prepare
22. Trouble shooting docs to prepare
23. Validation of Product w r t market expectation.
24. Technical establishment of product at field.
25. ISO documentation for each product
26. Sales ppt & sales docket preparation
27. Training to sales team
28. Feed back on product to be collected and review to optimize further.

Qualification: B.E/B. TECH - Mechanical/ Chemical/Civil/ Process/ Environment or MSc chemistry/ Environment, M Tech in same engineering branch.
Experience: 3-5 years Product development/process/Project execution /technical services/ related to Water and waste water job
Computer knowledge Should be apt in MS Office and ERP based system.Should be aware of AutoCAD .
