Job Description:

1. Shall be Functional/Section incharge for Projects, Engineering & Maintenance of Electrical Power systems and Building systems of the IGI Airport
2. Planning of preventive/predictive maintenance
3. Preparation of monthly preventive maintenance schedule.
4. Ensuring the PR is carried out as per plan.
5. Helping to arranging shut downs for yearly PMs.
6. Submit a weekly report on Preventive maintenance for actual Vs Planned.
7. Analyzing cause of breakdown and prepare an incident report with corrective action based on field and SCADA inputs.
8. Checking of Standby system.
9. Improvement Projects , New works
10. Taking initiative for improvement works at their concern area.
11. Preparing BOQ , plan budget and taking approval execution of new job.
12. Project left out activities and Snag list.
13. Monitoring handover process and follow up for it completion.
14. Performance & defect monitoring of system during warranty. 
15. Other works.
16. Concentrate on energy saving for their area.
17. Taking of round and checking of critical equipment once in a week like (UPS, Substations, switch rooms)
18. Coordination with operations for their inquiries. 
19. Checking and certifying Billing of venders.
20. Involvement in 5S and ASQ activities.
21. Preparing documents for MIS.
22. Preparing spare requirement and follow up for indent.
