As an Aftermarket Sales Engineer, This position will be responsible for developing aftermarket products and service business from existing customers and develop new customers in systematic and profitable way. Candidate will have to identify potential customers in order to increase aftermarket products business and gradually climbing up on the service ladder. This position will be for Chicago Pneumatic brand.


Job Description:
  1. Territory Manager to grow business of Hydraulic Attachments in Mumbai city that covers Navi Mumbai/ Panvel along with Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh
  2. This position will reports to Regional Manager Mumbai and functionally to Regional Manager Nagpur.
  3. He will be responsible for sustainable growth of market share of HAT products.
  4. Apart from growth in market share, he will also be responsible for driving the Distributor sales team, co-ordination with service team, working with marketing to promote the appropriate models and to cover the territory with new models available within HAT domain.
  5. The position offers a stimulating challenge to the incumbent who would have to focus on a number of important aspects, some of which are enumerated in Mission below
  6. . Sustainable growth in market share
  7. . Driving HAT Distributors as extended business partners
  8. . Co-ordination with Service/Marketing Teams
  9. . Effective Territory mapping/coverage
  10. A result oriented & experienced professional. Should have minimum 3-4 years of experience in HAT or related products of construction equipment industry.
  11. The incumbent will drive the sales and Distributor to achieve the desired targets.
  12. Should possess capability to train people and be able to get people to work under guidance 
  13. Excellent communication skills are essential (Verbal+Written)
  14. Well versed with various Excavator models in the market
