As an Aftermarket Sales Engineer, This position will be responsible for developing aftermarket products and service business from existing customers and develop new customers in systematic and profitable way. Candidate will have to identify potential customers in order to increase aftermarket products business and gradually climbing up on the service ladder. This position will be for Chicago Pneumatic brand.

Job Description:
-Analyse installed base
-Calculate Potential per customer
-Meet sales targets as per potential
-Maintain regular contact with all customers especially key accounts
-Plan & schedule visits to the allocated customers
-Increase 1-1 sales visit ratio of allocated customers and climb on the service ladder.
-Understand the need of customer and generate opportunities for aftermarket products like parts, Fixed price, Overhaul, Service plan, optimization products
-Negotiate and close the orders
-Coordinate with CSO (customer support officer) and ensure timely execution of the customer orders and timely delivery of parts to the customers.
-Follow up on outstanding and statutory documents E.g. C forms.
-Ensure compliance with bank guarantee, LC procedure.
-Coordinate with CSO and ACBS for accounts reconciliation
-Follow Atlas Copco Vision, Mission and core values.
-Comply with the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct.
-Comply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to time.
- Marketing and management qualification will be an added advantage
- Should have basic knowledge of Air compressors, especially centrifugal compressors and its service
