Job Description:

1. Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements in an assigned project
2. Review and monitor Supplier Quality systems and quality performance
3. Review and approval of Supplier Quality Control plan (QCP / ITP) and other testing procedure
4. Review of vendor technical offer and Participate in pre /post order supplier meetings.
5. Liaison with vendor, TPIA and Client / PMC for inspection activities and other matter related to Quality
6. Carry out inspection of critical stages of Electrical and Instrumentation items at vendors/sub vendors works as per ITP/ QCP and other contract documents
7. Co-ordination with Vendor /construction site for resolution of non-conformity.
8. Reviewing test certificates and providing quality clearance for a product, maintaining quality records
9. Provide feedback to PQM on the quality issues
10. Shared cross-functionally
11. Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions.
12. Quality and GRN clearance
