Job Description:
1. Minimum 18 years of experience in Railways Signaling domain. Having experience in Railway Telecom field will be of additional advantage.
2. Having in-depth knowledge
On Railway Signaling Principles and Railway Basic Signaling Designs, e.g. Signaling Interlocking Plan, Track Bonding Plan, Cable Core Plan, Route Control Chart, Indoor Interlocking Circuits, Outdoor Location Circuits, RE modifications, etc.
Route Relay Interlocking Circuit design (with metal to carbon relays and metal to metal relays).
Electronic Interlocking System, in-depth knowledge on Interface Circuits and Application logics. Knowledge of TMS will be an additional advantage.
On Signaling sub-systems, e.g., MSDAC, SSDAC, UFSBI, ELB, Data logger etc.
3. Having good knowledge on Signaling Design procedure, Design Planning (using MSP/Primavera), Document Control procedure and Quality assurance.
4. Should be responsible for completion of signaling Designs independently (from start to end) for a particular project.
5. Should be responsible for holding design coordination meetings with both internal and external parties / stake holders.
6. Should have good communication capability while interfacing with both internal and external agencies.
Desired Profile
7. Should have handle cross functional teams for expediting approvals from clients, trouble shooting at site, internal/external stakeholders, Joint ventures Partners.
8. Should be highly networked in the industry & domain with strong influence on vendors.
9. Should have hands on experience in S&T design and should have managed teams.
10. Aware and abreast of latest in the domain and should have flair for cost optimization through design.
11. Exposed to site issues including trouble shooting.
12. Having in-depth knowledge of Route Relay Interlocking Circuit design (with metal to carbon relays and metal to metal relays).
