Job Description:

1. To oversee all Quality assurance and Quality control activities for the project covering Design/ Engineering , Procurement , Construction , Inspection/ Testing and Commissioning phases
2. Responsible for advising and guiding project line management on all Quality and verification activities and related technical matters
3. Responsible for Establishment , implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System for projects in accordance with applicable standard
4. Responsible for Identification , allocation of quality resources and implement Quality training for all project personnel and overseeing all personnel understand and effectively deliver their responsibilities as per quality plan and procedures
5. Management of Non conformity process, Implement corrective and Preventive action & monitor its effectiveness
6. Shared cross-functionally
7. Leading Quality Audit (Internal and external) and manage multi-discipline QA/ QC teams
8. Conduct Project Quality System review meeting regularly with project team
9. Should have experience in the preparation and/ or approval of quality documentation, coordination of inspection as well as inspection of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, pipes and piping items, forgings, castings, Valves, etc. Conversant with simple and exotic materials of construction and their welding. Shall have knowledge of codes and standards such as ASTM, ASME, API, NACE etc. should be able to interact professionally with client and supplier representatives. Should have able to lead a team of quality engineers. Experience of construction quality alone is not adequate. Experience in inspection of pipeline items will be appreciated.
